International practice
Dr. Mahrad Salimi provides document-led Iranian-law support where contracts, energy projects, commercial companies, foreign counterparties or proceedings connect more than one jurisdiction.

Contracts and commercial business
Contract advice is organised around the transaction, the parties, the governing documents and the decisions the client must make before signature, during performance and if risk escalates.
Energy, oil and gas
The review connects project structure, work programme, technical responsibilities, performance evidence, cost and payment mechanisms, change, confidentiality, termination and dispute provisions. It is informed by specialist postgraduate study and research in oil and gas law.

Disputes and Iran-related proceedings
Contract, evidence, forum, deadlines, remedies, assets and commercial priorities are assessed early so the client can choose a realistic route through negotiation, arbitration, litigation or enforcement.
No outcome is guaranteed. Advice depends on verified documents, current sources, the procedural stage and the lawful client objective.
Clause, tribunal, evidence, interim protection, award and enforcement are considered as one connected route.
