Dr. Mahrad Salimi is an Attorney at Law, Legal Consultant, Official Expert of Justice and legal author. His international work brings together contract analysis, commercial context, disciplined source review and confidential client communication.

His academic formation includes an LL.B. in Law, an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminology, an LL.M. in Oil and Gas Law, and a Ph.D. in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Tehran. These fields support a practice that can read commercial structure, contractual risk, regulated sectors and procedural exposure together.
